White Falcon Mallorca
Property Management Mallorca manages the day-to-day running of one of Mallorca´s most luxurious and unique properties, White Falcon Mallorca estate.
The estate is kept in the best condition year-round in case of any fly-by visits from it´s discerning owners. Further to this Property Management Mallorca know that keeping on top of cleaning and maintenance daily is also the best way to ensure all appliances and grounds are maintained to avoid any unexpected circumstances.
Property Management Mallorca is now in the process of handling a successful sale of the property for the owners with fruitful returns and minimum stress for the clients.

Finca Abeja Reina
Finca Abeja Reina was a particularly special project for Property Management Mallorca. The Finca was managed daily while the renovation of the property was also overseen. The founders of Property Management Mallorca even temporarily moved in to oversee the running of the renovation works and relieve stress from the owner.
Property Management Mallorca then completed the sale of the Finca directly with the owner without real estate agents and extra fees ensuring a prosperous return for the owner.

Villa I
Property Management Mallorca was originally hired to find the ideal property for a client back in 2014. In no rush, but searching for perfection, the perfect property finally came available in 2016 in Santa Ponca, Mallorca.
The client was very impressed with Property Management Mallorca´s dedication to him, so he continued the relationship. Property Management Mallorca then oversaw the installation and renovation of three extra bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Property Management Mallorca continued to then manage the property for the next three years until the villa was running itself.
Finca Abeja Reina

Finca Abeja Reina is a beautiful finca which received a two-year renovation project overseen by Property Management Mallorca.
Based in Santa Maria, the stunning three-bed finca was then sold directly in a simple and stress-free situation for the owner.
